As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 207-353-3130 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Let’s start out by saying thank you, to all of the people at the forefront of this pandemic during unprecedented times. Whether a healthcare worker, grocer, pharmacist, delivery driver, chef, cleaning crew etc., we appreciate you. From the day this company started 56 years ago, the wellbeing of our employees, customers, and community have been our top priority. As we navigate through this uncharted territory of the continuing spread of COVID-19, it is our goal to be a part of the solution. With that being said, we have made the decision to temporarily close all showrooms.

We will continue to monitor this ever-changing situation, while following recommendations and guidelines from public health officials and government agencies. We will keep you updated of any changes, and appreciate your continued support as we do everything in our power to protect our employees and community, while continuing to serve our customers’ home furnishing needs.

Here are some common questions we can answer for you in the meantime.

Q: I was notified my special order has arrived, when will I be able to get it delivered, or pick it up?
A: We will be delivering goods & accepting pickups until Tuesday March 24th, after this date we will reach out to you upon reopening to do so.

Q: I have not been notified my special order arrived, will I still receive these goods?
A:Yes, we will 100% be reopening stores. However, please bear with us as this unforeseen situation may have delayed your goods. We will do everything we can to get you your items in a timely manner upon reopening.

Q:What if I have a service issue I need help with?
A:Our offices are closing along with our showrooms, you can still leave a message for our service department during this time, in which case your call will be returned upon reopening. Feel free to email
